Any dispute or disagreement between Buyers and Sellers will be between those parties only, and will not involve Four Nations Classifieds. Any Legal dispute between Buyers and Sellers will solely be between those parties and not involve Four Nations Classifieds in any way whatsoever.

Four Nations Classifieds shall not be the subject of any claim from Sellers who do not get paid for there items, products or services advertised on this advertising board.

Four Nations Classifieds shall not be the subject of any claim from buyers who do not receive the items, quality, products or services they have paid for, arising from adverts on this classifieds board.

All advertisers accept that all adverts placed on these advertising boards do not guarantee any sales.

Four Nations Classifieds reserves the right to edit or delete any advert that contains any of the following.

Any advert that contains content that WE deem to be directly or indirectly relating to be Anti Religious, racist, sexist, too sexually explicit in content, offensive, relating to banned substances, of a terrorist content and relating to terrorist activities.

Any advert that contains sensitive political issues.

Any advert that contains swearwords or is what WE deem to be  of a undesirable nature.

Any advert that WE deem to be in violation of laws relating to the sale of offensive and dangerous weapons.

Any advert that WE deem to be in violation of laws relating to the sale of banned or dangerous substances.

Any advert that WE deem to relate to Illegal immigrants or the importation of illegal immigrants.

Any adverts that WE deem to be detremental to the health and welfare of Children or Animals.

Any advert that WE deem to incur hidden costs and charges.

These terms and conditions are fully binding and will be implimented whenever and wherever necessary
